Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is. We booked last minute for one night after a change in plans and a bad experience at another hotel. The hotel organised a pick up from our previous location which was great. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and smiles and we instantly felt like we were right at home. This continued throughout our stay and the service was exceptional. We had the Poseidon massages shortly after we arrived which are the best massages we have ever had. Ford, the waiter who looked after us during our dinner (the hotel set up a private table on the rooftop for us) was brilliant. We stayed in a king suite which was amazing value. The private pool was beautiful at sunrise. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast (served at the pool) was epic. We were genuinely very sad to leave. Sadness was only slightly abated by the cats and dogs sanctuary next door. Some of the owners dogs wander in the hotel but were so friendly and sweet (all vaccinated). The owner is so passionate about the animals and looking after them, we felt really moved. Would really recommend a stay at epic suites Bohol. What could have been a bad experience in Bohol turned into such a special memory. We can’t wait to return!

service (including restaurant staff) was excellent. breakfast buffet spread had lots of options and different menu items daily. espresso coffee was also great with soy milk alternatives. request to relocate to a quieter room in a higher floor was granted without any issues rooms were tastefully decorated and was kept to a high standard

There were only few guests in the resort (I really don’t know why because place is really nice) that was awesome for us - we had peace and quiet:-)
