Everything was on very high level. The offer All in is very rich. Everything is new and in very good standard. The staff was very helpful and kind. The TetysBlue Park is amazing! pool area and aquapark is very clean. We didnt notice anything that was wrong. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with polite staff. Chagala Aktau offers a free laundry service, which was much appreciated. The hotel seems more pitched at business guests than tourists but nevertheless it suited us just fine and we would happily stay again.

close to beach. all facilities washing machine, microwave, fridge, spare heater, crockery, window view of sea. very good value for money. Though the apartment is in Soviet old apartment building and the common area maintenance is poor as in most cases. But no one can argue the very low price for one bedroom apartment with all facilities. The lady was very helping polite and suave. The apartment faces east and you can watch a great sunrise over Caspian!!

The host was an absolute gentleman and did everything he could to help. There was a problem with the original apartment I booked but he moved me to another bigger apartment in the same area. The value for money was very good and everything was very easy to manage during my stay. Internet worked well.
