Complementary bottles of water to start, they helped us carry our bags up to our room in the 3rd floor, helped us organise our genocide museum and killing fields tour and also our bus ride down to Kampot. Perfect location, the staff are so helpful and polite, the facilities and rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The rooftop pool is fantastic and a great place to watch the sunset over the city with a few happy hour cocktails. Just perfect, absolutely recommend this hotel!

I came with my girlfriend for one night, and I ended up staying for close to a week after she left. Lady owner and staff were amazing. Room was spacious and comfy.
