The hotel is super clean, very cozy. The owner Evan and his wife are very nice couple. You can literally see falcons from the terrace. The lake is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

Very kind and helpful hosts, they came at 23:00 to give us the keys because we arrived late. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Coffee machine is nice.

I really loved the the location The view from balcony is gorgeous the way they were very flexible in accommodating our check on and check out ( top owners/ managers) I will definitely recommend this place and thank them for their quick reply and effort to please their guests.

    The house has two large balconies where you can relax, the location is ideal for those of us who wanted to enjoy both days at the seaside and days in the city in Rome, as both destinations are easily reachable by metro. We also took advantage of some services such as luggage storage, which allowed us to enjoy the city a little more before leaving.

    Beach holiday type of hotel on the outskirts of Rome. You can combine a visit of Rome with a beach holiday type of experience. Very nice pool with superbe rooftop bar and restaurant. Everything in excellent shape and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Probably the best hotel I ever booked on booking.com.

    We've found amazing food close to the property. The location is well-connected to everything by train or bus; even the airport train line and the train line to the seaside are just 300 meters away.

    A very comfortable apartment in the suburban area, where you can feel and live more like a local than tourist. It is just 5 minutes walk from the train station, with direct trains both to the center of Rome and to the seaside Ostia. The aprtment has everything that you could ask for for a short or longer stay. The host is very kind and helpful. We had a great time.

    Everything was excellent. The manager, Alessandro was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My credit card was not working but he was very patient and helped me solve the problem. Also he made great suggestions for restaurants, suggested places to go, advised us on travel. We wanted to spend our last day on the beach, Alessandro suggested Santa Marinella, showed us how to get there and it was the best day ever. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in a hotel, great location and lovely area.
