Excellently maintained apartment. It has everything you need and more. The quality of the coffee and espresso machine are excellent. Two bathrooms in a two bedroom is rare. All in great shape and clean clean clean.

Mary, the owner, was in touch by phone with plenty of helpful information. Her husband, Maurizio greeted us and checked us in. The room seemed brand new with a little kitchenette, perfect for making morning mocha. We relaxed with wine on the lovely, enclosed patio one evening. Mary was kind enough to schedule an early morning taxi for us to FCO. The neighborhood seems like a typical beach town, similar in our experience to Venice Beach, California.
