Property backs up to the beach, they have their own beach chairs and umbrellas. Food that was on offer had variety and was very good! Room was well kept and seemed like upgrades had been recently done. I enjoyed having the large doors open to my patio and letting in the ocean breeze. Breakfast that is included is very nice as well. Wifi was provided in the rooms as well as on the beach and was very fast! Hosts were very welcoming and were interested in conversing with myself and the other guests during all hours. Thank you Giorgos for the wonderful stay and hospitality! I will be returning when I find myself in the Aegean Sea again!

We like the beautiful sea view, the beds were all comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony and also a terrace close by. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They came to clean every day. We also received a nice gift. Great AC with a smart new system. Big space for our things and very close to a beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset view. Sunrise is at the sea. Sunset in the mountains. Bus station very close and accessible and mutliple grocery stores.

This place was very nice, you won’t be disappointed. The price per night includes all food, drinks and basic cocktails you want. It’s very clean and well kept. The food at the main buffet was on another level, such quality ingredients. We stayed in the two bedroom maisonette. It was perfect for a family of 4, maybe 5.

The food was very good. Every day every meal had something different and tasty. The personnel is very efficient. The beach is fine, and support for the beach goers was also good, like showers, changing cabins, chairs and towels. If one's going on a tour for the day, the staff offer a lunch box, and maybe even some early breakfast. Late check out is also very friendly.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. Everyone, from the reception, to the restaurant and bar and to the cleaning ladies, they were all exceptionally friendly, smiling and nice. There were no questions or problems they could not address quickly and efficiently. The room was quiet and clean, overlooking a semi-private pool (which we had not booked). The all-inclusive meals were both varied and delicious, to cater for both local and international tastes. The chef de cuisine graciously took time twice to cook exclusively for our very fussy eater. The pools were surprisingly different, both in size and in depth. The beach (a five-minutes walk away) was a bit difficult to find on the first day, but it wholly made up for that with the service of the personnel. Our children loved the sea. This hotel is the best travelling experience we have had on the Mediterranean. The local public transport was reliable and easy to use (no taxis from or to the airport were necessary). The lovely people of Crete made us feel cherished and grateful to have met them. Thank you all for making our stay with you a wonderful experience.
