Enjoyed the stay very much, got lightened always with the beautiful river window view where you can see sunset. Walking distance to city center and tourist attractions, easily connected to transportations like metro/bus. Got a big supermarket right next to the building. Highly recommended.

As a Rouen native myself I can guarantee nothing can beat this location for that price. The hosts and "welcomers" are very friendly and responsive. The apartment is nicely renovated with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
