The opening hours of Clérigos Tower are as follows:
- Monday–Sunday: 09:00–19:00
- Easter, summer and the Christmas season: 09:00–23:00
- 24 December: 09:00–14:00
- 31 December: 09:00–14:00
- 25 December: 11:00–19:00
- 1 January: 11:00–19:00
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
Please note that mass is held every Saturday at 17:00 in English and every Sunday at 09:30.
The closest bus stop is Cordoaria Station, served by line 900, a two-minute walk from the tower.
The closest metro stop is Sao Bento Station, served by line D, an eight-minute walk from the tower.

The tower is not fully wheelchair-accessible, however, there is wheelchair access from floors 1–4 of the Clérigos Museum and toilets for disabled visitors on the first floor.
