I had a very large one-bedroom unit with a dedicated living room and bedroom (and kitchen that I did not use). This arrangement was particularly helpful, as I was able to work and take a bunch of conference calls. The staff went over and beyond to make me comfortable—e.g., serving me complimentary Arabic coffee and dates and helping a food delivery driver bring my dinner when they got lost and I could not describe my whereabouts in Arabic. The location is great, right next to a massive supermarket and within walking/short driving distance of many restaurants. All in all, highly recommended for a short (in my case) or long stay in Ha'il!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel wonderful. The room was huge and had many amenities. It was very clean. The hotel is very good and I recommend it.
