We arrived at 3pm so not late at all. He did recommend another apartment and it was such a blessing. They fixed us food and had water and juice available in the fridge. It worked out great but could have been a disaster. One thing he didn’t charge us a cancellation fee so that’s one thing. I would just call before and make sure they know you are coming.
