It is near bus/train station but not so “near” to be burdened with noise. Quite opposite actually - it is quiet. I especially like that there are instructions for everything (garbage sorting, washing, air-conditioner) you might want to use. There is a restaurant with tasty offers. And wine bar if you want to have a nice winetime in your apartment. I stayed 3 times and will choose again for sure.
