Villa had all the creature comforts including good A/C, Wi-Fi (Netflix available and no buffering issues), fridge, drinking water and hair dryer. Water pressure in the shower was also good and hot always available. Breakfast was delicious drinks (beer, cocktails etc.) were also available on site and reasonably priced. Since the villa is on the fringes of Moalboal, a scooter is recommended but they also have a trishaw driver as an alternative means. Scooter rental was 450 pesos/day.

The first time was back in 2022. The first time I stayed here, my main issue was the internet. I had to do some work and at that time, I was unable to do it because the internet connection was not strong. This time around, their internet has greatly improved. Therefore, I am satisfied with this property. Great location to the beach, has cottages to hold picnics, good for night swimming. Also, the apartment has ample space. The rooms have lots of cabinets and space as well.

We really loved our stay at Vailtin Home Point. As it's family-owned, it has a real close-knit feel about it and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Special shoutout to James and Joy who kindly drove us everywhere and were super quick at communicating with us! We were able to conveniently organise airport transfer to and from Cebu Airport through the hotel, as well as all our activity tours. We also availed of the laundry service which was done quickly and to a high standard. The room was so perfect - so spacious with really good air conditioning, powerful shower, a big water dispenser with purified water and a fully stocked mini bar. It was a perfect little piece of paradise in Moalboal and we felt so relaxed and at ease here. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the main town but they offer a tuk tuk service for a good price. The breakfast was good and the pool area was a perfect place to cool down after a day of exploring. We would love to come back and stay if we visit the Philippines again in the future.
