The property has sea and mountain views, and is 100 metres from Escano Beach. loved my stay here. apartment had everything I needed. bed was comfortable and shower was good. kitchen had everything I needed to cook. the pool is great and the gym is good also. the security staff were always friendly. overall a good stay.

Clse from everything, Port, airport, Robinson Mall.Across the street there are two excellent restaurant, Racer and Lantaw restaurants. If you love seafood and imported beef you must visite these restaurants. On Wendsday from 6.00PM to 9.00PM Racer has a buffet dinner, best of the best. Going back to the apartment, the kitchen is full of small applainces where you can cook any dish you wish. Air com very strong. The bed very comfortable. Plus you have pool, gym, basketball, pool table. Security guards all over the property. If you visit Dumaguete City you can not miss to book in these buildings and specially this apartment because is one of the best deals in Dumaguete

I really enjoyed my stay at A's place. The location is quiet in a small forest. The apartment is on two floors. The kitchen is downstairs and the bedroom with bathroom is upstairs. From there you have access to the outside terrace with a whirlpool. The swimming pool is right in front of the apartment. Everything is clean and well-kept. But the best thing is the host Adrian. He is super friendly and even invited me to dinner with his wife and his staff. He has lots of tips for things to do in the area. I will definitely come back.

Situated in Valencia and only 7.7 km from Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Treetops Studios Valencia, Dumaguete features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I had a wonderful stay at Treetops and enjoyed it so much that I extended my rental to a month. The hosts are incredibly accommodating—some of the kindest people I've ever met. I built great friendships not only with the owners but also with other guests, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. The location is peaceful, just outside Valencia, so it’s quiet at night. The town plaza is a 15-20 minute walk away, but the scooters available for rent from the owners made getting around much easier and more convenient. The amenities are excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly and the WiFi is fast. There are also outdoor cooking facilities available if you prefer to cook your own meals. With a scooter/transport, you can easily visit nearby attractions like Casaroro Falls, Sheintan Ridge, Red Rock Hot Springs, Pulongbato Falls, and more. Overall, Treetops is an excellent base for anyone interested in exploring Valencia or considering a longer stay. Highly recommended!
