The family are beautiful and looked after me very well with delicious food, cultural education and support in arriving and leaving. The room is artistically painted, bed comfortable with a ton of blankets to keep you warm and you get a little hot water bottle in a sock, which is very thoughtful. Bathroom is new and tiled with ceramic toilet and sink, but there's no running water- use buckets which is not a problem. There is electricity. The island is serene with no cars. Staying with this family is a memory I will cherish and never forget. You could not ask for more kind, friendly and generous people. They were so happy to share their everyday life and culture and their big hearts! Highly recommended!

INCA PALACE Experience is set in Puno, 300 metres from Plaza de Armas Puno, 400 metres from Corregidor House, as well as 400 metres from Conde de Lemos Balcony. The double bed was large and comfortable with comfy pillows and loads of blankets for cold nights, plus a single bed as well. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, with a kettle so we could make tea and coffee. There were 2 big TVs with Netflix and some board games, and the internet was pretty fast. There is a washer/dryer just outside the door which was great as we had no clean clothes left when we arrived. The shower had hot water, lovely! The pics on Booking are completely accurate, I was really impressed, especially for the price I don't think you'd get any better than this! Liz was a great host and let us sit in another area to use the WiFi for a while after we checked out. Overall I can understand why this place has such good reviews, I would definitely recommend.

This option provided very good value for money. There is a secure garage near the apartment where you can safely leave the car. The hosts were kind to guide us there and facilitated communication. Be ready to climb a bit to get to the apartment ;).
