The people were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were allowed to checkin early. Jorge and his wife was lovely throughout and helped with all my questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is amazing and the apartment was spotless.

The size of the apartment. Having enough space and separate rooms was crucial as the altitude sickness kicked in and locked us inside for a few days. We all felt like home! The location may seem not perfect - far from the center - but in fact is just about perfect: away from city noise and smell of exhaust gases while still in a walking distance.

We stayed here multiple times! The owner is very friendly. The kitchen has everything needed to make your own meals. There is a fridge downstairs. The shower was hot and the room and bathroom were very clean. It’s close near a good supermarket and the san blas market (we loved this market). Would highly recommend this place.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, with less than 10 minutes walking to the historical center. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent. They prepared snacks for us on the days we needed to leave super early. Hot shower worked nicely.

Alex works night and day to keep his guests happy!!! Modern place smack in the center of things. Still nice and quiet. We had a 4 day stay here, was only ment to be one. But 3 people in our family got real sick from Salmonella from earlier on our trip, and ended up in hospital. Alex was so helpfull in many ways in this situation. Thanks Alex!
