The air-conditioned accommodation is 200 metres from Picton Memorial Park Beach, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free... We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quiet apartment right in the centre of town, close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Also just a short walk to the wharf from where cruises and water taxis to Marlborough Sound leave and also close to the Inter-Islander ferry terminal.

Boasting garden views, Boathouse Apartments features accommodation with patio, around 600 metres from Picton Memorial Park Beach. I would have moved in permanently if it made sense too, alas it doesn’t. Everything you could possibly need was provided in this beautiful, comfortable home. Wonderful beds, linens, furnishings, kitchen, view, information and Mr. Wilson was very helpful. Great location, we walked to town for dinner and 5 minute drive to ferry. Highly recommend!! The best accommodation on our 3 month trip.

Barry was so friendly and helpful - right from being in touch to picking us up from the ferry to his introducing the home! The property is fantastic - beautifully done, wonderful collection of books, pool, spa etc. There is an individuality and character in the way the house has been furnished, that made it very enjoyable for us.

The property felt like home, it was so comfortable with so much attention to detail. Very quiet, easily accessible from Picton and handy for the ferry which is only 10 minutes away. The apartment was well equipped with a large spacious living room/kitchen, and a large bedroom. We loved it here.
