The apartment was very clean, very well appointed and extremely well organized - everything had its place! The shower was excellent and it was nice to have the bathroom ensuite. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely encourage others to stay at the Boathouse Apartments.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Most people used Picton as a passing point. I am glad I instead stayed for 7 nights and made the right choice by staying. As I was coming alone with many bags on the late ferry, I asked Phil if it was easy to garb a taxi. Phil knew it wasn't and he was so kind to pick me up and even waited at the supermarket for me to pick up some food for the night. When I stepped into the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised it looked even better than the photos. Layout was spacious and well designed with a nice balcony that open up to the harbour. Every day, I could see from my dinning table birds diving into the harbour water to catch their fish and the town and walks were all so close by. The apartment had everything nicely provided, was very clean and comfortable. Phil was quick to respond, kind and welcoming. Many thanks to him for a wonderful memorable stay.
