We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.

The view from our room, from the common area, and from the roof is just unbeatable. The kitchen was more than fully equipped. The location is super convenient, very close to all the main attractions in Windhoek. And the cherry on top was the owners, they were super friendly and incredibly helpful, all our needs were met almost instantly and they were always available to support.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Well located, close to city center so transport is cheaper. Area is chill and quiet, building is clean. Good value for money as we were traveling as a family of 5. Host was very kind and hospitable, went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, and even kept our bags for us when we checked out and did not have anywhere to store our luggage.
