We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

We had a fantastic time at Epic House. The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day! Beautifully appointed, peaceful and a five minute walk from the Main Street where you find most of the shops. A little further up the hill is the Grand Hirafu skiing base. Although it’s definitely within walking distance (past an excellent coffee at % Arabica), if you’re planning to ski, you will want to ask the staff to take you via minibus as it’s not an easy walking in skiing boots! Speaking of staff, they were really friendly and always ready to help us with anything.

Very clean. Very modern. Staff was very helpful as we had to cancel one of our flights and we couldn’t speak Japanese. The staff had to keep calling the airline as they (the airline company) didn’t answer the calls. They eventually managed to speak to the airlines for us and settled the problem. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The most wonderful and welcoming staff who made sure that all our needs were met. The surroundings and nature were incredible with lots of outdoor and recreational activities. A beautiful cafe at the premises. A truly wonderful experience.

Niseko Central Houses and Apartments is situated in the Hirafu district of Niseko. Complimentary WiFi is available. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Privacy and well equipped for our needs.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Niseko Central Condominiums is located in Kutchan, 4.4 km from Hirafu Golf Center and 6.4 km from Lerch Memorial Park. Amazing place, nice and clean. Full service from arrival to check out. Very responsive company and everything can be arranged through niseko Central. The Condo is the closest you can be to the gondola. About 5 mins walk and it was ideal. Space to keep snowboard gear downstairs, and even washing machines and drying machines to use free of charge. The flat has full heating and wonderfully comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!
