Christos welcomed my family and me in a very warm and kind manner. Since we arrived on the island before the check-in time, he allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before checking in. We have stayed in hotels, guesthouses, and rental homes many times before, but I can say that it’s not easy to come across a house as clean as this one. Every part of the house was spotless and functional, and everything you might need was thoughtfully provided. As two adults and two children, we had a very comfortable family stay. You can easily walk from the house to the port, cafes and restaurants, and the market. It's even possible to reach the beach with a 20-25 minute walk. Thank you so much for everything; if we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Best regards.

A recently renovated apartment in Chios and within less than 1 km of Chios Town Beach, Atsiki's 54 apartments has a terrace, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. Offering a garden and mountain view, Iris Studios Chios is situated in Karfás, 200 metres from Karfas Beach and 6.1 km from Archaeological Museum Of Chios. Everything!! It was beyond expectations. To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.
