Great facilities, perfect to relax and for work and informal meetings. Nice kitchen. Lovely living room with tv and fireplace so nice and warm. Big bed and excellent shower and bath. Everything to a high standard. As I was staying there for a number of days washing machine with washing powder and iron were good too. No complaints.

Ideal location, a short walk into town. The property was well furnished and well equipped. A great size meant that a last minute change to our plans was easily accommodated by the host. Very clean and very comfortable, the host was incredibly thoughtful with additional touches.

Everything works as it should and we enjoyed complimentary crumpets and beautiful roses to look at even at this time of year.
