Our apartment was spacious, very clean with great linen and towels, super comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen (making self-catering super easy) and lounge and a beautiful big terrace to admire the views. Of course another highlight was the pool, with its breathtaking views and a spot to dine outdoors too. The perfect way to cool off between hikes and exploring the area. Located 11km up a narrow road from the valley floor, our stay at the apartment was the exactly getaway we were looking for. The family who run it are friendly and non-intrusive. I wish we could have stayed longer – I'll be back!

Abadía de Montenartró Apartamentos is a recently renovated apartment in Montenartró, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The host Enrique was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Montenartró is a tiny village up in the mountains and so there is nothing there but the mountain tranquility. Enrique made us feel at home and we would be happy to go back if we get the chance. He offered to drive us up the mountain so we could walk down and then sent his dogs with us the whole way. The kids loved it! The apartment itself was also warm and welcoming. Language was not an issue with the use of a translator.
