You can tell he works so hard and he really made out stay. The highlight of our stay was the free evening night tours round their beautiful garden at the end of the property. Leo showed us various frogs, birds and insects and then told us about them. Make sure you go back in the day too! Each morning we sat and watched the birds while Leo explained what each one was, followed by a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and very clean with every appliance you could possibly need and a private sheltered parking space. We would 100% return, we cannot thank Leo enough for such a great stay.

We didn't want to leave. The inside was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The outside however is where its at! We saw howler monkeys right outside on our first morning there! The water was also very nice for a little dip. Was too cold for me but my husband loved it. The location is fantastic! Close to downtown but far enough away to be nature-y. Very safe and private. If we're ever in this area in the future we'll definitely stay here again!

Casa Cafetal Aeropuerto terletak di Alajuela, 30km dari Taman Negara Poas, 17-minit berjalan kaki dari Stadium Alejandro Morera Soto, dan juga 8.6km dari Parque Viva. The location was superb as I was leaving the next day in the morning to the airport. The house was clean and offered everything I needed: clean shower, clean bedroom, clean towels, coffee machine, free coffee and a fridge. It has many other amenities that I would have used should I have stayed longer than 24 hours.

I stayed one night here before my early flight leaving from SJO. Edward was super friendly and very helpful. He also provided good tips about the airport as well as nearby local stores and restaurants. This was a very cozy place to stay if you're looking for a place close to the airport.
