Location was convenient, apartment was spacious and clean, no issues at all during my stay, would definitely consider coming back.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. Richard is a great host. It gets a little noisy in the sunroom because it’s facing the street but you can’t hear the traffic noise inside the bedroom. All bedding and towels were freshly washed and bright white. We loved the Cascades, Richard recommended the place and it’s well worth seeing. The Unicorn outside the apartment is quite a sight when it’s lit up after dark. Close to the old city, walking distance from a supermarket and a poutine place.

The property was amazing! Extremely clean, incredibly well equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing better than the property were the hosts. So friendly, kind, and helpful. Very accommodating. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Quebec City! Loved it!
