Made the process super smooth.. accommodated us on checkout morning as we left our luggage to go see the Orangutans. Food recommendations have been spot on and although we ended up not getting a private driver.. he gave us a referral as well. Highly recommend. Everything clean and tidy.

Jon! the person who assisted us from day 0 until we checked out, so patient and helpful, he made this apartment shine! btw, we stayed 12 nights with a less than 2 toddler.... The view from the windows! The swimming pool on 7th floor! The cuckoo water dispenser! Washing machine! Cooking utensils, the non stick pan was in excellent condition!! even the room setup was good...:) Also the location, lots of restaurants, spa and convenience stores around... Don't miss the view on 32nd floor! and nonetheless, there is a luggage storage shop (can do even airport transfer) on P3 level you guys can check it out!
