She will make sure everyone has everything they need for a perfect holiday and will respond very quickly to messages. The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The building is very close to the beach, a 5 minutes relaxed walk. The pool was never too busy, so that is nice as well. Beds are really comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room. Truly recommend Atea Apartments for a perfect stay in Kavarna! And congratulations for having the most hard-working and amazing host - Guli!

It’s light, it’s fresh, it’s calm, it’s lovely. It sits on the ground floor, you can park your car almost at the main door (on secured and guarded parking) - no hustle carrying things inside and back again when leaving. The view is directly to the sea, open and bright, on the docks you can admire seagulls and fishermen. It’s a short, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops from the sight. Beach with sand, umbrellas and sunbeds are on both sides of the apartment. The promenade sits just under the terrace of the apartment and is long enough to take a nice morning run or walk along the beach. The host is an absolute angel. She is super nice and warm and will enable you with whatever you might need or want. She also makes sure there is something cool (or hot 😉 like coffee and tea) to drink when you arrive. Main necessities you need are also there for you. She reflects on the apartment decore which is minimalist and modern. We really liked and enjoyed our 7-days holiday time at Poemia and hope there will be a chance to come back again.
