The underground garage is a big plus, because we didn't have to worry about our car. The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, with quality white linens, soft to touch. All the windows have blinds so we could have a quality rest even during the day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This will be our first choice when we stay in Shkodër again.

The worker met us and showed us everything. They have a small kitchen where you can make a coffee and have a croissant, which was very helpful since we had to leave at dawn. The room also had a nice balcony where we had some beers in the evening.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Over the past few years we have visited over 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, hostels, guesthouses and B&B's. I can honestly say I have never been tested with such kindness and hospitality. Saimir, the owner, looked after our every need. He booked our shuttle to the airport, ordered us pizza and had it delivered to the hotel and took care of our laundry. He personally welcomed us warmly and graciously. Saimir made us feel like we were part of his family. Even if you don't get an opportunity to stay at the hotel, at least you should stop by the cafe for a coffee. You'll receive the same outstanding service.
