Size, Location, Cleanliness, facilities, everything was perfect. The reception is great and available all the time. Amr and the rest of the team have been friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and requested baby crip, they immediately provided it. Breakfast was served in Chakra restaurant and it was a great turkish breakfast.

Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

    Clean New apartment with fabulous view on Yomra green Mountain and sea but need a car or taxi as it is on a high hill as it 10 min of walking up from the center

    Good value for the money, the location is central if you have a car. Shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes drive. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Could easily fit a big family. Thanks to the host for being prompt and welcoming. Will definitely book for my next visit to Trabzon.
