When I first arrived, I was skeptical as the property is located in a very modest neighborohood but I was okay with the area soon after. The owner Br Abu Abdellah is extremely nice, gentle and hospitable. I felt he was carrying for me like a family member. They have a van that takes you to the haram during prayer times. Br Imad, the driver, is extremely punctual and nice. On the first day of my arrival, he took me the haram, parked his car and went upstairs to show me around, the women door to haram, where to go so I don't get lost. That was extremely helpful and valuable. The next day I went Ziraya to the Rawdah following the direction he gave me as if I lived there for years. By the Grace of God and his help, I didnt get lost and got there ahead of time. The property is extremely clean. I had a nice room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room has a microwave, fridge, coffee and tea, TV, and all the necessities. Nice hot water in the shower area, slippers, and they really strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They out a big box of water on each level and the fridge at the entrance is full of water bottles for you to use. The staff are extremely courteous and gentle. I felt safe and part of the community within a short time frame. There are 2 grocery stores next to the location, I used one and they have everything you need (milk, croissant, muffins, juice, fruits, veggies). Masjid Qobaa is about 1k from the property and is a nice walk there. Haram is about 2.5K from this property, there is a nice path that leads you the haram. There are also golf carts you can take for 10 riyals that can take you to either masjid Qubaa or Haram. I loved my stay there, and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity. Some people I met told me to find a hotel next to the haram next time I go to Medinah. I honestly loved the people there so much, and would definitely be back. Thank you again. Loubna from Canada.

The staff were really amazing. They went above and beyond. The location wasn’t as bad as we thought, it was 10 minutes drive from the masjid al Nabawi. However the name of the apartment was difficult to find on google maps. The English name is Manazal Marez service apartments

    The best apartment hotel in Madinah as per the size of the apartments me and my family love to spend our short stay in this place, close to some good places to eat as per our liking and comfortable.     The location was excellent near Al Jumaa and Qubaa mosques, markets and restaurants are near as well. They were helpful when I requested a more suitable room for me (a solo traveller) at a better rate compared to the apartment I booked. The WiFi was fast. The studio is very spacious.

    Hotel has very large & spacious rooms, modern and clean, like studio apartments. Has a TV room and a bedroom both. Reception staff are helpful. Taxi drive to the Masjid Nabawi is 5-10 mins long, we used Careem or just flagged down cars from the road for 20-30SAR (Careem is less, like 10-15SAR).
