We only stayed one night and soon realised that this was a mistake! You probably need 3-4 to do Agrigento justice. The owner, Angelo, stays on site and could not have been more helpful. Arriving mid afternoon a couple of hours before a Valley of the Temples visit, he kindly drove us into town to get a sandwich and some local ice cream 😄. Plenty of water in the fridge and lemons fresh from the garden. Overall absolutely brilliant stay.

The balcony was a great asset: a place for breakfast with views of the valley and the sea, and a quite area to relax after walking around the temples all day. There was a free public car space outside the front door for our car. It was a short walk to the end of the street for the Friday farmers market and stairs nearby to reach the top of the town for shopping. The host lives in the same complex so she was always nearby and made sure we were enjoying our stay.
