I only wished we could have stayed longer. We just stayed for one night on our last day in Iceland before heading back to the airport. The host was easy to reach and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We ended up finding a gem of a Viking themed restaurant nearby and although a bit cheesy, it was 100% worth it! Great location while driving the ring road.

We were able to see the northern lights in the privacy of the back yard and bedroom, which was very unexpected! This stand-alone guest house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Affordable, quiet place after a long journey. Strange place that wasn't easy to find and get in to at first, but after figuring it out it was so simple. I was the only person in the entire place, which made it even eerier. But I liked it. Get there before the sun goes down!
