Excellent location. Very tastefully done modern style fully furnished appartment which we did not find anywhere else in Kerala except this one. It is near to Tiruvanantpuram International Airport. We were able to cover Kovalam and Poovar island in a day trip and back to catch our flight just because of this property's location. Very well managed too. Jacob was just a call away in case of amy need anything.

It was furnished apartment well maintained with spacious rooms and beds. Apartment was clean and well ventilated with lots of windows and balconies. we didn't use A/C and used fan too to the minimal because the place was very breezy when the windows and balcony doors were open. That itself gave a positive feeling.
Washing machine, cloth stand, Computer table and chair were super convenient additions. Lot of storage space to keep our luggage.
Numbered lock was such a relief that we didn't have to carry the key carefully all the time.
