The location is perfect and calm, close to the water and the natural reserve. The apartment was incredible, with hot water, a bathtub and fast WiFi! The owner was very present which added to the charm of the place. I also heard the higher you build, the better, and Sarnai understands that concept ! I highly recommend!

The lakefront property was beautiful and accessible to town via a short walking path along the lake. Sevonne, the host, was wonderful! Of all the places I visited in Guatemala, this town and casa were my favorite.

I sayed there for a week while studying Spanish. Enly is a great host and is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are set back off the street keeping the street noise to a minimum. The location is perfect, located half-way between the center and the lake. The rooms are large and bright and I found the bed quite comfortable. Free parking is also great and very rare to find in San Pedro. Another plus is that there's a great ramen restaurant accros the street ran by a Japanese expat.

The apartment was in a great location and super clean. We could walk everywhere, including the dock, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was also quick and easy.
