-very clean -very friendly -comfortable bed -good location for us road tripping to see archeological sites -good communication -there were 3 adults and we had plenty of room. The couch pulls out into a bed. -Wi-Fi worked well -If you’re tall then you have to watch your head on the stairs, but for us it was not an issue. Also it is in the description/pictures so it was expected.
