The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything in the house is of high quality. The location is fantastic, it is a 2 minute walk from Tsinandli estate and Radisson Hotel. From the yard there is a view of the Caucasus Mountains The host is very attentive. I recommend it and will definitely visit again

It was very good furnished. I was worried that it could be a small area for four persons, but it was quite spacious. The beds are fun, while sleeping on the first floor, even the sounds are lower which helps to sleep. I would love to have some shelves to put the stuff, one will be good in the bathroom, too. Overall we had fun at the property.
