Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is really lovely with a large bathroom, nice size kitchen, and bed and sitting areas. Loved the shower and the washing machine. The bed was so comfy, we both had an excellent sleep. The apartment is located in the lower old city along the stream that flows through there. It was delightful strolling along the water, visiting the historical sites, and enjoying the gardens. It was just a short (but steep) walk up to the cathedral which was magnificent. The upper town is chock full of shops and cafes with lots of fun hustle and bustle. A perfect location!

I like everything about this place, which is located in a very charming area of Chartres. It is very quiet and easy access to the center of Chartres. Elise is very helpful.

The owner was FANTASTIC. I had asked him about my father being imprisoned during WWII, by the Nazis and before we got there he found out exactly where he was. He took us to the exact spot! So kind.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Chartres Cathedral and has a private parking spot, which is very secure. The apartment is elegantly decorated and well-equipped with everything you need. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful light show at the cathedral, which is a must-see. Our stay was extremely pleasant.

The flat was perfectly updated, immaculate and had some nice touches like fluffy towels, coffee pods, shampoo and shower gel. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens. Having an elevator was very nice as the flat is on the 1st floor. I had a car and was able to park close by for free overnight. The flat is an easy walk from the cathedral, bakeries and shops.
