It is just by the university campus, Potsdam Biosphere, and Alexandrowka. The Apt has a good and equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a bakery & Coffee place downstairs and the directions to get there and get in were super clear. Just 2 tram stations ahead on the 96 line, get off and turn right to find a great REWE supermarket.
