Location View from apartment Hostess -Esmeralda- who managed the property was incredible! She went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable for us as possible. I requested to order a cake for my dads birthday and she went above and beyond to sort that out. Property gorgeous! Huge two rooms and super clean. Views to the lake are stunning. Short walk to centre and station! Best stay we had in Swiss was here

Perfect flat for friends or a family with babies/children (Francesca organized a nice baby bed with accessories, lovely), well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and there even is a small kitchen-toy if children want to play with it! Beds with memory foam are very confortable and there are fans on the ceiling in one of the rooms the living room. Location is very practical, close to the « Locarno Centro » bus stop and 8min away on foot from the Piazza Grande if you come for the Film Festival. The delicious restaurant Isolino is just around the corner and when lazy, you can order huge pizzas at the Panorama Restaurant close by too. There also is a Migros supermarket in this quite neighbourhood.

It’s a home for old people where a few studios are rented to visitors. We liked the idea of having people of different ages staying, I think it’s nice for the residents too ! The studio is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind. A nice breakfast is included, and there’s a pool and gym (which we didn’t have time to use). It’s a bit away from the centre, but Locarno is not big and there’s a bus.

    The apartment is spacious and right on the Lake, with unbelievable Lake views. The Staff in the restaurant (who manage the apartment) below were amazing, friendly and helpful and really made the holiday. Food in the restaurant was also amazing. Any noise from the restaurant is drowned out completely but the soundproofed patio doors. I can't recommend this apartment enough.

    The apartment is very spacious: large living room, nice balcony, large bedrooms. The location is ideal: within walking distance to centre and to the lake. Three supermarkets quite close. Lots of storage space. Livingroom had a large flat screen TV, large sofa and a large table. Host was available by phone and Whatsup (although not always able to help - see next section) As we arrived early (train schedule), the host was kind to let us leave the luggage in the apt while it was being cleaned.

    We didn’t take breakfast. The location was fair - an apartment building with a few flats belonging to the hotel in a side street not far from Locarno’s main square.

    The apartments are in a very calm street and are in a (eco)building with an internal garden. The owners, Barbra and Urs, were always very nice and helpful. The studio was very clean and had all the installations (fridge, hot plates, hood) and utilities for cooking, if needed. This is very important for allergic persons.
