Trans house was amazing, family run business, who greeted us with warm smiles on arrival. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice showers, tv with Netflix and YouTube. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had the big room with a balcony and had an amazing stay! The hosts are great and can arrange anything for you from motor to ha long tour. The prices that they get are much better than at the pier directly for example. They have 2 houses, I stayed at their new villa 2. The bed was comfy, there was no noise outside so it was a great place to get some rest. I would definitely stay again :)

Facing the seafront, Ruby Halong 6 Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Ha Long and has a terrace, bar and shared lounge. Staff were very nice. No english at all though. Location could be cool but it was totally empty there. Every place with a resurant sign up was closed because of no customers.
