Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Staff were very nice. No english at all though. Location could be cool but it was totally empty there. Every place with a resurant sign up was closed because of no customers.

Absolutely perfect stay here, all the staff are amazing and so unbelievably helpful, nice and accommodating. The staff speak good English and make staying in Ha Long Bay so easy as they are able to help you with anything. The rooms are great and clean with really good aircon. The infinity pool up near the roof gives an incredible view over Ha Long Bay. Would definitely recommend.
