The location is great. It's a quiet area. I like how easy it was to access all the places in central Bangkok. They provide you with a tuktuk from the hotel to the Rama 9 MRT station for free. I walked to the station almost every day in 10-15 minutes. There are good restaurants in the area. I recommend the Nene Korean BBQ restaurant nearby. 7-11 is right down the street.The staff was very polite and attentive. I could always ask for help without any issues. The room was big with a nice view and they cleaned it every day. Two bottles of water were provided every day. The room had a safe. There was a convenient washing machine on my floor that cost 30 Baht to use. I felt very secure and taken care of at Sitara. When I return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay at Sitara again.
