Any question or wish we ask for was quickly resolved. For example during our stay my gf touched the lamp by the bed and it fell down, probably it was already broken. In any case owners fixed it basically till the next day without need to explain anything in detail. Also they helped us when we wanted some extra blankets (as we are not used to sleep under one shared blanket which was originally provided), or perfectly cleaned or resolved things in the room, which often exceeded our expectation.

Outside our room we had access to a kitchen, washing machine, coffee room, etc The views to get to Planina are fantastic!
