The customer service they provided is outstanding and a lot of places could learn from them. Nothing was too much for them, they were effective communicators, listened and helped where possible. They were really kind and always made sure we were looked after. We had the superior gallery apartment which was perfect for us - 2 adults and 1 child. Modern apartment, beautiful view over the pool and sea. The kitchen is equipped to a minimalist standard and like most self catering apartments, you need to get your own provisions such as toilet paper or soaps, but that’s pretty simple. We liked that it was in a really quiet area about 5 minute drive from Old Trogir, close enough to a beach, supermarket and some restaurants and far enough from noise. The resort was well kept and clean. Everyone was always friendly and willing to help out, offered us a new apartment when we had a little incident where a drain wasn’t working well and in general, always ensured we were looked after. I will definitely return - the receptionist, the kitchen staff, maintenance, the cleaning team are all fantastic.

Villa Ana is right opposite the Beach. The view is gorgeous. It is so close to Split without the crowds. Just a short ferry ride of 30 - 40 mins. The water is pristine. Just walk across a narrow road to swim. Hosts Ana and Daniel are so kind, welcoming, and hard-working people. Nothing was too much trouble. Ana picked me up from the airport late at night and dropped me off at the ferry when I was leaving. I stayed here because of the good reviews, and I am now happy to add my review. I highly recommend this place. Whenever I am next holiday in the Split area, I will be staying at Villa Ana. Anne from Australia.
