And oh my goodness, do not even get me started on the bed! It was beyond incredible, providing the most heavenly sleep experience one could ever dream of. And as for those memory foam pillows... oh boy, they were simply out of this world! Trust me, my dear friend, this hotel is an absolute gem that you simply must experience for yourself!

Located at 450 m from Cherbourg train station and 800 metres from the sea, Appart'City Confort Cherbourg offers self-catering apartments, a lift, and Wi-Fi access is available with a supplement. Booked to visit nearby Utah, Omaha, etc. beaches on our own - they're around 45-60 minutes away by car, if you're doing it on your own the value for money is a lot better when branching out from Cherbourg. If you are old enough to know the movie Umbrellas of Cherbourg, there are plenty of easter eggs within 10 minutes walking distance. Really liked the location - right next to a big shopping center for food, but close to historical downtown. Cherbourg itself is very charming and this hotel is just the same. Clean, organized, helpful staff. The room was spacious and well accessorized to prepare simple meals. Parking gate was a little tight, but great to have a protected space for the car. You need to call ahead or pickup the card from the front desk, to open the garage gate in the side street. Staff were very helpful!

The apartment was easy to reach just a few minutes from the ferry terminal with free secure parking. The apartment was clean and spacious and my partner enjoyed a long swim in the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Supermarket, bar and takeaways just a short walk away.
