We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The whole experience was very good. The apartment was furnished with high end, modern, comfortable and esthetic furnitures and appliances. It was in a very good location for transportation. The staff was smiling and helpful.

Great location — easy access to transportation hub, sights, etc. Well thought-out finish/furnishings — condition of unit seemed brand new Customer Service team did an excellent job communicating prior to, during, and post our visit — they were there every step of the way checking-in on our requirements. Kudos to the team.

The Tower consists of beautiful hotel suites, which are furnished with Danish design from HAY, &tradition, Gubi and Arne Jacobsen. All suites have an open floor plan, large bay windows and a cool atmosphere. Kitchen is not included in the Tower. It is a must choice when I travel to Copenhagen，convinient，comfortable，cozy，quiet.

I had a really good night sleep. Breakfast was really good. They have a lot of options for warm breakfast which I really appreciate.

I see a lot of people complaining in the reviews about no reception. Indeed there is no reception but the staff responds to you 24/7 even about on suggestions on where to eat a specific traditional plate. We got the key code , WiFi code and all of the details needed about our stay one day prior to our arrival. I totally recommend it!
