The personnel exhibited exceptional service, particularly Manager Dominique, who always attended to my need with remarkable empathy and kind. I was provided with the most exceptional accommodation, and they went above and above by providing a bed and toys for my Pomeranian. The level of security was exceptional, instilling a strong sense of safety and reassurance. I really enjoyed the excellent gym facility. Everything was excellent!

It is always immaculately clean and has everything that you require for a self catering break in Leicester................even including some interesting reading material and family board games. The fresh milk and snacks that are left for you on your arrival are a wonderful welcoming touch and immediately make you feel at home.

Staff were extremely helpful and even let us keep a big cake that we were using for a party the next day in their restaurant fridge! We didn't use the bar or restaurant but it looks very nice. It's a perfect example of a self-catering hotel that still feels luxurious and hotel-like.
