We had everything we needed for a short self catering stay but were spoilt for choice with nearby cafe's and restaurants. There was a Lidl in the shopping centre close by. A fantastic location, walking distance from the station and some gorgeous bars and restaurants - I honestly couldn’t fault it! Really flexible check-in times, efficient check-in process. Great basic cooking facilities (hobs and microwave) Really lovely comfortable bed. Such a bargain! Rooms are located in a residential house, in a quiet area south of Rennes railway station. The host is very welcomming.

The rooms are like small suites, so they have a small kitchen (well equiped) and a good space to rest and even work/study. It's comfortable, silence (even being literally in front of the SCNF station) and worth the price. We went to the centre walking (around 20min) but it has a metro station in the station besides (as some restaurants and markets).
