受付の方の対応がとても親切でした。部屋もホテル内も清潔で、中心街までも港町を畔を歩いて回りながら、20分ほどで到着出来ます。ホテルまでは、TER駅からも徒歩10分で来れるうえに、大学周辺のアパートに囲まれていることもあり、スーパーやファーストフード店も並んでいるので、便利でした。 コーヒー・紅茶パックを始め、アメニティも全て揃っていて、心遣いを感じる素晴らしいアパートホテルでした。

貸しマンション的な、学生寮のようなホテル。日中はフロントスタッフも常駐している。小さなビーチまで徒歩数分、ジョギングコースも整備されていて海辺の朝ランも楽しめる。プール付き。ミニキッチン付き（ふた口電気コンロ）使わなかったけど。フィルターコーヒーメーカーもあるがフィルターはない。フロントでもらえたかもだけど。目の前の駐車場は無料。ホテルの駐車場は有料。簡単な食事なら目の前に何軒か簡易レストラン。パン屋も徒歩3分。
