We had a wonderful 1 night stay in Umkumbe Bush Lodge. After a long ride (tip: do not follow gps without checking it leads you to enter the Sabie reserve using the Shaws gate!!), we arrived in the Camp and were immediately warmly welcomed by Anika. Tents are very comfortable as is the whole camp : boma & restaurant area are so beautiful. Nice pool with lovely sunbeds & a view on the bush. No big game passed by but soon we saw Kudus. The game drives with Pieter were amazing!! We had the luck to see a leopard with cubs (wauw!!!) chewing on a kill, 7 lions and many more animals. Breakfast served during our sunrise game drive was the cherry on the cake: freshly baked pancakes in the middle of the reserve! Life can’t get much better than this!

Simbambili Lodge is located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. This romantic hideaway offers a Moroccan-style experience, privately tucked away in the sweeping savanna grassland. This lodge is absolutely stunning! Every amenity, the food, the staff, the environment…all simply perfect. I could not have asked for more. You cannot go wrong with Simbambili. And the massage was definitely one of the best I have ever had.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Idube Game Reserve is located in Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. Nice suites, spacious, comfortable bed, nice outdoor deck area. Food was excellent. Well-prepared, nice choices, loved the outdoor dinners. Game drives exceptional! We had a great driver/guide named FJ who was amazing! All staff so welcoming and friendly, made us feel like family.

Offering an outdoor pool, Nkorho Bush Lodge is set in Sabi Sand Game Reserve overlooking the African plain. The lodge has stylishly thatched chalets and a traditional Boma. This lodge has the nicest vibe of all the lodges I've stayed in in the Sabi Sands / Timbivati / Kruger. The staff are so friendly and make a really special attempt to keep everyone engaged. We really appreciated that. It was also very good value for money with good rooms, airconditioning, and good homely food.

The main caretaker, Kaley, is great when it comes to customer service. She made sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of the way to pack picnic sandwiches for us when we wanted to venture out on our own. The safari guide, Floid, is very knowledgeable, and if you stay for 2-3 days, he'll make sure you see every type of animal you had on your wish list. These guys include 1 complimentary safari per night of your stay (so if you stay for 3 nights, 3 safaris are inclusive), and I feel it's the best package because a couple of self drives in Kruger are a must do in my opinion, just for the thrill of it. The tents are quite comfortable and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious hotel room. The AC works well (believe me, you NEED it if you visit in the summers like we did), the pool is clean, the bathrooms are great. The food was superlative - we had exotic 3 course complimentary dinners every single evening. I suggest booking a minimum of 3 days to really get the most out of Kruger.

Take in the African plains at Lion Sands Private Game Reserve at the heat of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The staff in property was beautiful. They took every effort to make sure that our stay was exceptional.

Το Mzsingitana Tented Camp βρίσκεται στο Hoedspruit και προσφέρει θέα στον κήπο, κήπο, μπαρ και εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου. Very well tended camp in the bush, close to Kruger and several other game reserves. Owner Bhili and staff are very friendly, lovely people. Lloyd cooks delicious breakfast and dinner and is a thoughtfull host. The camp is solar powered so there is no problem with load shedding. Dinner is served in a traditional boma with a fire in the middle. Bhili is a great storyteller and also a very experienced guide with extensive knowledge about animals, birds and plants. The gamedrives where spectacular! The beds are very comfortable, the tents and common areas are very clean and well maintained. Remember you are in the bush in the middle of nature, keep your tent closed or you may have roommates with four or more legs!

Located in Manyeleti Game Reserve, Pungwe Safari Camp is 4.3 km from Waterhole. Some units include a seating area and/or a patio. Meals and safari activities are included in the rate. A truly amazing experience. All staff and facilities were great. We had three days of close contact with all the big 5, including elephants and a leopard in our camp.
