This hotel is located near Newark International Airport, 1.3 km away from Terminal B. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from all terminals, soundproofed windows and on-site dining options. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Cleanliness was a huge bonus ... and was done on a daily base. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant the biggest bonus with great food and exceptional service. Well located and could actually walk to the airport. Love this hotel.

Hampton Inn Newark Airport Hotel offers complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service. It features a fitness center. Rooms feature stylish barn doors and modern bathrooms with free bath amenities. I liked the room and the staff. I dare say the staff I liked more than the room. They let us go to do checkin a little earlier because we were with my mother and she was getting asthma. I called for a shuttle and it was on time. The driver was very kind. I left my earrings in the room; called the hotel and spoke with someone at the counter to ask if they could check my room. The person was going to contact me. I called again because they didn't return my call to let me know anything. I was transferred to house keeping and Marcela, housekeeping leader, told me they found the earrings and took them to the front desk. I was extremely happy. Then I call again and spoke with Mailyn at the front desk. She said they had the earrings and they would keep them there until someone picked them up. I had to send a person to the hotel with a copy of my license and the room number where I left the earrings and these were given to a family member. I am extremely thankful your staff was so diligent and responsible. Thank you, thank you to each and every person that helped us. I wish all hotels had a wonderful staff like this one.

Asked for a quiet, no pet room and got it, bed super comfortable, great robe to lounge in, clean, chargers easy to access, 12pm checkout 5:30-7:30 gathering for appetizers in the club room, watched Jeopardy and had a bit to eat so I did not have to leave the hotel or buy dinner, breakfast available too - all included in my room rate with Marriott membership # Shuttle was easily available, a very short trip from/to the terminals and drivers were so kind lobby was very nice (easy to see shuttle) with areas to sit and charging table for phones/laptops and there was a large sitting room/library/computer area off to the side
